ALL ABOUT PICTURES LIMITED - TERMS AND CONDITIONSAll About Pictures Limited supplies goods to The Purchaser subject to the following terms and conditions. The Purchaser agrees to these Terms and Conditions and confirms they will strictly comply with them. The Purchaser should be aware that it is All About Pictures Limited’s intention that all terms of the contract between them and The Purchaser are contained in this document. Please read them carefully. If there is anything The Purchaser does not understand or does not agree with, please ask. General 1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers. 2. All About Pictures Limited does business only under these Terms and Conditions. 3. Goods are subject to availability and may vary from those advertised. 4. The Purchaser must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for his/her needs. 5. All About Pictures Limited is not obliged to accept The Purchaser’s order or offer The Purchaser credit terms. No contract is made with The Purchaser until the goods are despatched. Prices and Payment 6. All About Pictures Limited’s advertised prices do not include VAT and delivery unless otherwise indicated. The price of the goods may be changed from that advertised. It is The Purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the price before ordering. 7. All About Pictures Limited accepts payment by credit card (on-line sales only), bank transfer, cheque or cash. 8. Goods bought on credit must be paid for by 30 days from All About Pictures Limited’s invoice date. All About Pictures Limited may share customer credit history information with relevant credit agencies. 9. All About Pictures Limited remains the owner of the goods purchased until The Purchaser has paid for them in full. All About Pictures Limited may retrieve and resell the goods if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods All About Pictures Limited supplies to The Purchaser and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with The Purchaser. 10. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, All About Pictures Limited may exercise its statutory right to charge interest and an administration charge on all overdue invoices. Delivery 11. All About Pictures Limited charges for all deliveries. All About Pictures Limited despatches using a standard next day delivery service for in-stock items. Standard delivery is to suitable ground floor areas. It is The Purchaser’s responsibility to notify All About Pictures Limited in advance of any special delivery requirements for which All About Pictures Limited reserves the right to make an additional charge. 12. If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete or are the wrong goods or are damaged when The Purchaser opens them, it is The Purchaser’s responsibility to notify All About Pictures Limited immediately or no later than within 24 hours of receipt or expected delivery by telephone on 0845 130 3830. 13. After delivery it is The Purchaser’s responsibility to protect the goods against loss or damage. Cancellation 14. The Purchaser cannot cancel an order once All About Pictures Limited has accepted it unless the cancellation is agreed in writing by All About Pictures Limited’s authorised representative. Returns 15. It is The Purchaser’s responsibility to check the goods on delivery. All About Pictures Limited’s goods are sold with the benefit of All About Pictures Limited’s warranty. All About Pictures Limited will accept returns of faulty goods notified to All About Pictures Limited within 24 hours of delivery. 16. If faulty goods are to be returned to All About Pictures Limited, The Purchaser must obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) from All About Pictures Limited’s Customer Service department. The RMA will be valid for 5 days. All About Pictures Limited will arrange for collection of the goods, which must be available for collection in their original packaging. All About Pictures Limited cannot accept unauthorised returns which do not have an RMA. 17. If The Purchaser changes his/her mind All About Pictures Limited may at its discretion take back the goods if they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition. There will be a handling charge of 15% of the purchase price or £30, whichever is the greater, plus a collection charge of £50 for this service. Please contact All About Pictures Limited’s Customer Service department. 18. Please note All About Pictures Limited does not accept returns of consumable items unless they are faulty. Guarantee and Liability 19. The Purchaser benefits from All About Pictures Limited’s warranty in respect of all goods All About Pictures Limited sells. 20. All About Pictures Limited is liable for death or personal injury caused by All About Pictures Limited’s negligence. To the extent allowed by law All About Pictures Limited expressly disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential loss suffered by The Purchaser. Promotions 21. All About Pictures Limited sometimes offers promotions. It is The Purchaser’s responsibility to notify All About Pictures Limited if he/she does not want to receive details of these promotions. Data Protection 22. The Purchaser consents to computer storage and processing of their personal/company data by All About Pictures Limited in connection with their purchase for the purposes of All About Pictures Limited’s legitimate interests, including statistical analysis, marketing and credit control. If The Purchaser breaches these Terms and Conditions their personal/company data may be disclosed or passed to third parties to the extent necessary to assist recovery procedures. All About Pictures Limited is registered with the Data Protection Registrar. Telephone Calls 23. All About Pictures Limited may monitor or record telephone calls for training purposes. Law & Jurisdiction 24. All About Pictures Limited aims to resolve all disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the law of Company Details 25.
